Get the Heck Out of the Building, Founder’s School: Part 2 | Inc.com
The advice that Founder’s School has for start-ups is just as applicable to schools. (My comments in bold.)
- Get to know your customers/community/learners
- Devise ways to test your hypotheses about how students learn best.
- Glean insights about what students need from what you learn outside the building
- Get, keep and grow customers. Okay this one is harder, because schools don’t compete against each other, but every kid in your schools should be a loyal customer. They should love their school.
