What You Ignore, You Permit.

Culture isn’t random, it’s the result of a thousand different decisions: what to celebrate, what to question, what to prioritise, which rituals you continue with, which you abandon… But it’s also a result of what you decide not to ignore.

Problems don’t go away when you ignore them. Many times, they become bigger. Soon, they may become “the elephant in the room.” Ignoring an obvious problem or failing to address an issue can cause others to experience concern or uneasiness.”
