Get to know your customers/community/learners Devise ways to test your hypotheses about how students learn best. Glean insights about what students need from what you learn outside the building Get, keep and grow customers. Okay this one is harder, because schools don’t compete against each other, but every kid in your schools should be a loyal customer. They should love their school.
